Following the success of The Big Boss and Fist of Fury, Lee was given complete creative control of The Way of the Dragon, leading to perhaps his most thrilling and personal film.
Called to Italy to help a family friend, martial-artist Tang Lung (Lee) defends their restaurant from local thugs.
With the gangsters unable to get rid of Tang they hire American karate champion Colt (Norris), leading to an iconic showdown between the two fighters in Rome’s Colosseum.
