Create Growth @ Phoenix is a fully funded, intensive business support programme designed specifically for filmmakers, digital creatives or those working in cross-over technologies across Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Greater Lincolnshire, or Rutland, providing the skills and confidence to help achieve your ambitions and goals.

How does it work?

NOTE: The programme will now take place over 3 days from Tuesday 18 to Thursday 20 March at Phoenix in Leicester.

Each day will bring the opportunity to explore your ambition and develop essential business thinking to help you achieve your goal. You’ll also gain confidence to drive your creative practice forward.

Across the three days, you will dive into:

• vision and ambition
• implementing change
• finance
• marketing
• and other relevant business skills

You’ll develop the confidence needed to achieve your ambition for your creative practice.

The programme includes access to a mentor and Investment Readiness Workshop.

How long is the programme?

It’s a three-day intensive in-person programme, running from 18 – 20 March 2025, with full-day sessions at Phoenix Cinema and Art Centre in Leicester.
