Phoenix are looking to recruit a Community Outreach Officer to join the team.
This is an exciting time to join Phoenix following the launch of our new extension as we are exploring the new opportunities that the additional cinema screens and spaces provide, including working with local curators with a focus on Black and South Asian audiences.
We are looking for a driven, passionate person to join the creative team here at Phoenix. Working with the Cinema and Marketing teams you will lead on increasing engagement with our local communities, with a particular focus on culturally diverse audiences and young people.

Salary – £14,335pa
Term – Fixed contract until 31st March 2025
Hours – Part time, 2.5 days per week. This role will involve evening and weekend work.
Reports to – Cinema Programme Manager
