Picking up weeks after the end of Chicken Run, Dawn of the Nugget sees Ginger (Thandiwe Newton) and Rocky (Zachary Levi) free from Mrs. Tweedy’s evil clutches and living on an island paradise with the rest of the flock, awaiting the hatching of their chick, Molly (Bella Ramsey).

However, news reaches them that on the mainland chickens are facing a new threat in the shape of a hi-tech farm. Despite loving her new peaceful life, Ginger leads her team to break in and save chicken-kind!
