Phoenix plays host once again to Leicester’s annual film industry showcase and get together. The Short Cinema film festival returns to show some of the best short films produced by filmmakers in the Midlands on the big screen.
With films from both new and established filmmakers, the evening always delivers an exciting and eclectic mix of genres and styles.
